As per the report by WABetaInfo, WhatsApp from currently on will not enable users to delete chats from connected devices and once a user tries to delete or deletes a chat from the connected devices, it will fail as a result of the messages will not get deleted from alternative connected devices. Besides that, the electronic communication platform will not provide any option to users to choose if they have to delete the chat from alternative connected devices.
The image shared by WABetaInfo reveals that once a user decides to delete a chat from one of the connected devices, then WhatsApp can show them a panel which can inform users that the chat won’t be deleted from alternative devices. “Clearing or deleting entire chats can take away messages from this device solely. they go to not be far from alternative devices,” the message among the panel reads.
